Model SM-G970U1. Carrier is Visible, using the Verizon Network. All my calls go to voicemail after 2 rings and I've yet to be able to change it to 5 rings or 10 seconds. Some posts say that its the carriers responsibility to change it. I've contacted Visible, but they say its not a carrier issue. Seen a number of suggestions **61**101#, and others, but I get an error message that says 'connection problem or invalid mmi code'.
