S10e goes to v.m. after 2 rings

Model SM-G970U1. Carrier is Visible, using the Verizon Network. All my calls go to voicemail after 2 rings and I've yet to be able to change it to 5 rings or 10 seconds. Some posts say that its the carriers responsibility to change it. I've contacted Visible, but they say its not a carrier issue. Seen a number of suggestions **61**101#, and others, but I get an error message that says 'connection problem or invalid mmi code'.

DND is off. Never use it.

That's odd. This is for any number that calls, and not just a few specific ones, right? Are you able to make calls without issue?

Did you get this phone directly from Visible, or did you get it from somewhere else and bring it to the carrier?

Happens for all calls, regardless of who calls, time day, location, etc. It was a new phone, bought June of 2020, direct from Visible.

DND is off. Never use it.

Can you test 6our sim in another phone?
Have you contacted Visible?

do you have auto restart enabled? I saw some ppl (Verizon users) having this issue due to auto restart

Got the phone new from Visible. Auto restart has been enabled (never checked prior). will swap out the sim card to another phone.
