Recently my notification and navigation bars stopped adjusting their colors so they are visible. I have the dark theme applied and used to be able to see both bars in all apps, but recently I can't. The buttons are there but they're white on white so really not visible. Don't know if it was the new update or something I did (can't imagine what it was) but it would be nice to be able see the bars again in those apps. Go into dark mode settings see if toggle on or off for apply to wallpaper helps , also you using a 3rd party launcher?Screenshot_20200628-135136_Settings.jpeg

Ok in Nova settings >look and feel >dark icon for navigation bar toggle onScreenshot_20200628-154634.jpeg

Ok, I think I found a piece of the puzzle. If I turn off the transparent navigation and Notification bars, the notification bar is black but the navigation bar is white. Now to figure out why it's doing that....

Try resart the launcher also

Figured it out. It was a 3rd party app that customizes the notification shade. Pretty sure that it didn't happen initially. Gonna download it again and see. Thanks for all the input and sorry for the troubles.

FYI, app is called Power Shade. Initially, it didn't have that effect. Not sure what triggered it.
