S2 stuck bezel

[Android Central Question]

I just bought my Gear S2 720 on EBAY and the bezel does not turn, I questioned the seller on this and he said it never did and its not supposed to, I find that hard to believe since that is a major selling point. That being said is there any way to make it move? (a pair of pliers lol)

Run some warm water over it. probably dirt trapped under it and got it stuck
