S20+: Edge lighting working but cant dismiss msgs or swipe it down!

Hi there

so i got this strange issue and its bothering me, i have S20+ and activated the Edge lighting + AOD. so when i got new msg the screen shows lights on the edgs which is cool and can see the msg on top. However, if i tried to dismiss it or even swipe it down its not responding. I tried this also on Facebook and also Whatsapp, my screen lights up with blue or green but when i press on msg at top to expand it ( swipe it down ) its not working. also dismissing not possible. some times its flash and disappear fast even. here is a video see it for yourself :

i tried to reset settings but no effect. when screen On i can dismiss the notification but when i extend it it open the whole app not the msg of the sender only.

any suggestions?

Possible a bug in good lock or edge plus

Its a good lock issue. I had to delete good lock for it to work again

Ok how to sort this out? i dont know what is this Good lock and am sure i dont have it on my phone.. all am using is "Edge lighting"

can you advice on how to delete this good lock. am sure i didnt see it under my phone apps. the phone is new.
