Is it just me, or is the camera on the FE not that great? It seems like images are either not that sharp sometimes or look washed out and dull. Quite a bummer.

Are you comparing it to other S20 models, or to something else?

Samsung definitely has some characteristic processing that some love, others hate. Coming from another manufacturer can definitely be an eye-opener. At least you can shoot in raw and fix things up yourself when it's important.

I have S20 FE and Note 10+. I see S20 FE taking better pictures in most of the situations including low light.

Comparing it to my Galaxy Note 9. I have also tried the regular S20 and the Note 20 Ultra. They all suffer from the same issue IMO. Being bland and washed out looking or too sharp. What the heck is up with this?

How big of an issue was the touchscreen overall? I was contemplating possibly picking one up down the road.

Not major but definitely noticeable. Samsung's 3 software updates did nothing so it's probably a hardware issue. I doubt Samsung will do a recall so I'd stay far away.

I got an S20FE free with a Note 10 trade-in. I like it. Its a back up to my Note 20 Ultra. I'm about to get my daughter an S20FE with her S9 as a trade in and I'm curious if these touch screen issues should be a deal breaker and not an advantageous "up grade" to the S9? Anybody???

My family member have S20 FE and don't experience any touch screen issues (for a month now) reported by others. I recommended it to my friend and he said he enjoys using this phone (upgraded from iPhone 6s plus). I did try it and felt very fluid and good compared to my note 10 plus. May be we are lucky.

I've had mine S20FE for a week and I like it alot. I think the camera is pretty good, not as good as my Pixel 3XL I came from but outside of a pixel nothing else is as good. I don't think most people outside of the selfie camera will be disappointed with it.

I'm surprised nobody's posted pictures yet. So folks can actually see some results.

FYI, images are compressed upon upload. There may be blur.

I just moved from my S10 to the S20 FE. I like everything about this phone, except the color saturation of the camera pictures is sometimes almost unbearable! Especially the reds; on a sunny day, the red is WAY over saturated. I didn't have this problem with my S8 or S10. Any way around this? I'm very frustrated...

Do you still have Screen Optimizer on?

Surprised you didn't think the Note 20 ultra was an improvement. I've owned an S20 plus and an S10 plus before that, and the Note 20u is the best of the bunch so far. It also has the same laser assist for focus as the S21 ultra, just a lower zoom (50x instead of 100x)

Having said that...I did think the S10 took better pictures than the S20, even though the sensors were lower res. I attribute that to software that was better optimized for the hardware it used. Note 20u seems to largely have corrected those issues. Maybe the S20 as well now, with the One UI 3.0 / 3.1 updates.

As for the FE...not sure if the hardware is exactly exactly same as a regular S20, so there may be some difference there even if it's on the latest One UI.
