Mine is unlocked using cricket which is owned by att.
Since it's unlocked is why I got the December patch already.

I'm on AT&T with the S20FE and no update yet and NO December Security update either.

Still no A11 for my T-Mobile. But I did get the Dec security updates on Dec 14th.
