Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you give more details on your problem? Are you saying the proximity sensor isn't working, but you can toggle it on briefly using the hidden menu?

It will always be overridden by the software that turns it off except when in a call of some description. Ie phone, whatsapp, Skype etc

Is there any solution for pocket protection. screen will stay on Even if you shut it off manually and all you have to do is move a little bit and it turns back on again. I thought that was one of the protections of the proximity sensor to keep the screen off in your pocket or pocket book
