s20 Ultra Rear camera wont focus on close up objects

Hi
Camera works fine, but if i try and scan say a QR code, the screen is blurred. I have reset the app, used safe mode etc, software is up to date nothing.
Front camera is fine. I have noticed this problem since installing photo scann APP by Photomyne. I have uninstalled it, but that could be a red herring.
Any help most welcome

There is not a lens protector.

Yes, it was working fine, now it isn't, odd

Try resetting the camera app by clearing it's data then force stop it

This type of thing is a known issue with the S20 Ultra. It's one of the reasons the device wasn't a success.
Evidently, I have heard of people having success with smacking the phone and then it suddenly starts focusing again. That said, its a real shame that the camera is so iffy, because the S20U could have been one of the most
memorable devices Samsung's made, but a lot of people try not to remember it lol
