I was merely informing people so they could see if their backorder has been removed. I still have the cancel button as well.
I'm sure by tonight the cancel button will be gone too. I woke up this morning to see the order is no longer back ordered and cancel button is gone as well.
Did you get a confirmed order email? Sometimes if your credit card denies the charge they will cancel the order but they usually will contact you to update payment first.
I currently have an S10e that I purchased directly from Verizon. I'm looking to upgrade to the S21 and the best deal I've found iso far is to preorder the S21 directly from Samsung. However, I'm not sure how that works. If I purchase directly from Samsung and click on the Verizon tab as my service provider will the phone come preloaded with all the Verizon bloatware and apps as well as be ready to use on the Verizon network? I guess what I really need to know is how much troiuble, if any, wiil it be to get the new phone set up on with my existing Verizon service if I don't by it directly from Verizon like I've aways done in the past?
I just checked FedEx, and same. Label created, scheduled delivery the 27th.
Our orders are wating to be processed through the credit card company I was just told. I cancelled and re-ordered a couple times and his 1st order got declined and cancelled cause the credit card company was suspicious and he gave them the ok and told them their would be 2 orders. I called to make sure they still had that on file and didn't try to cancel again once these orders went through but she sees them pending just not processed which is good.
Also I finally got a Supervisor to do me a one time courtesy so she says and she manually took the hold off my order since the watch is returned even though my email says it takes 3-7 business days to verify it's working. So now my order is finally confirmed but I see different things on the app verses on line at the website. But at least the website now says a date and it says expected delivery 1/29. Not sure if the backorder message went away on my husbands order or not. But it's weird now my silicone case says 2/1 and my buds and 2 chargers say 2/2 the pen is like the 16th. Good thing my other case came. But on the app still it says ship by the 27th it's weird. I am just glad the hold got taken off. She told me to check my order status sometime in the next 24 hours so maybe the date 1/29 will change if not I am just glad it's confirmed and I have a date now.Be nice for both of us to get phones on the same day and I pray Fed-Ex comes before we leave for work. We work 2nd shift!
You can always use the fedex app to have delivered to Walgreens near you and just pick up there. It would be same day.
Has anyone had any issues pre-ordering when using Verizon financing through the Shop Samsung app? I want to pre-order through the app to get the extra $$ for extras. I am able to select the S21+, trade-in info, select my goodies and select Verizon financing and then I get a blank screen with the exception of the word Samsung being at the top of the screen. I've cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app, on multiple devices, and no luck. Just wondering if other folks are having the same issue and maybe have heard from Samsung on the issue. I've opened a ticket with them that has been escalated. Thanks.
