S21 Preorder Samsung Online

Yeah I tried to order my 512 Verizon s21 ultra from samsung.com but kept getting errors so I got it from verizon with a 600 credit for an old lg g7 phone and just bought the buds separately

You still get the buds and tracker free with whoever you order from don't you? I didn't even check to see if Verizon had a better deal on our S10+ trade ins since Samsung was giving us the extra $60 in accessories but we only got 550 for our phones and I do know at BB it was $500.

by the time i read that TMobile might have a better deal (by around $100 compared with samsung.com), i had just finished placing my order on samsung.com already :( so i didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to see if i could cancel, etc.

my S20 Ultra was through Samsung.com last year, which was my first year in a long time to NOT have gone through the TMobile JUMP program. the JUMP program was so great for quite a few years that it was always a no-brainer, then all of a sudden, last year, probably due to the merger with Sprint, the JUMP program's pricing for the S20 Ultra was ultra lousy! upset by that, i had little choice but to pay a LOT to go to samsung.com. however, since i bought from samsung.com last year, this year, the trade in value for the S20 Ultra was $700 so the actual out of pocket price for the S21 Ultra 512gb isn't as onerous as i thought it would be.
 
I don’t know if this means anything, but my Samsung order status changed from “Processing” to “In Process” and the Cancel option is gone for all my free items except the Galaxy Buds Pro. The buds are being shipped separately than all my other stuff.

I know it’s a long shot but maybe some of us will get our phones early. There has been those times where delivers were delivered earlier than expected...lol

I just noticed the same thing. My S21 and all the free accessories I ordered now show "Processing" and I can't cancel the order. My S10 trade in also shows, "Redeemed". So, I'm crossing my fingers that I get it in the mail early! :)

mine still says Preorder or Order Placed and the "cancel item" button is still next to all the buttons.

for the Samsung Care+, does anyone know HOW TO CANCEL our old Samsung Care+ contract once we turn our old S20 Ultra phones into Samsung.com? we won't need the previous Samsung Care+ anymore, right? but they don't tell you how we'd go through the cancel that care+ contract.

I would love to get it early. I had read and I'm sure it was just a rumor but that if you did the reservation you could get it by the 22nd. My problem is and I didn't know this but I ordered 1st than cancelled the 256 to get the 512 but I accidentally ordered unlocked and wanted Verizon. My husbands order went through and after his went through is when I realized I ordered mine wrong and had to cancel again to get the 512G Verizon. The night before it had told my husband out of stock they told me to wait till morning. Anyway I just bought him the latest galaxy Watch and hadn't returned his old one in yet for trade in. They said only 2 trade ins per household at one time and the watch was one trade in and his phone was the 2nd so I got an email stating my order was placed on temporary hold. But yesterday we took the watch to Fed-Ex and I was told by 2 business days I should be off hold. I hope so! I need to go look at my order status.
 
I ordered the Unlocked White 128GB Ultra

You mean the silver 128 Ultra it came in Phantom Silver and Black. We wanted Silver but the 256 and 512 only came in black. But when we ordered our S10+ I remember everyone saying if your cancel order button went away it was a good thing. We did 512 Ultra because of the no card slot.

Last year in the email that notifies you that your phone has been shipped, there was a link towards the bottom of the email with instructions and access to a pre-paid return label. Hoping it will be the same this year. They give you enough time to make sure your new phone is set up before sending your old phone back.

I just looked mine is still there. But I don't see expected delivery dates anymore neither cause my order was placed on temporary hold so I expect it to change in the next day or two. Friday he told me 2 business days. Mine says dates will be provided once order is confirmed.

i finished mine on Thursday, January 14th, around 1pm, which is merely 2 hours or so after the Samsung Unpacked presentation where all the facts are provided (no longer merely rumors). so, i thought that i really couldn't have done it any sooner or quicker!

yet, my order page still says Preorder (for the S21 Ultra 512gb UNLOCKED) and says Order Placed for the other items (Buds Pro Silver, S-Pen, 45 Watt Fast Charger). darn it!

you guys must have done something right for all of yours to have gone forward another step to having the cancel button disappearing!

Ordered Thursday around 12, 512GB, cancel still there. Looks like just 128GB cancel going away??
