Uh oh.....ordered the 512GB AT&T Ultra on the 16th....my status is "backordered".������������������

what did the status say right after you placed your order on Jan 16th?

if you have a screenshot, maybe you can ask them about it changing its status a day later? just thinking out loud.

I also still have my cancel button. Ordered the 512 GB T-Mobile model.

as far as one can ascertain from this thread's info, only the 128gb models have their cancel button disappearing.

no one has posted (yet) that their 512gb variant's cancel button has disappeared.

After I placed it, it said "Created". Changed to "backordered" today.

My husbands 512 Verizon says backordered also. My order is still isn't a 100% confirmed cause of the temporary hold. But his still said something about shipping on the 27th or the week of the 27th something I forget now.

Ordered Thursday around 12, 512GB, cancel still there. Looks like just 128GB cancel going away??

I ordered mines on Friday around noon. 128gb silver ultra. Cancel button gone.

for those who have the backordered Verizon situation, wouldn't it make sense to use the still available cancel button to cancel this order and place a new order for an unlocked version? that way, you should get your new phone quicker and you don't really lose anything, right?

i know nothing about Verizon's version versus the unlocked version, but was merely thinking about your situation.

My husband's said the same thing ships the week of the 27th. We had unlocked twice and are fairly new to Verizon a year or so. I just want Verizon phones we'll wait.

Usually in the past, in a normal year..haha, mid week the week before, cancels started disappearing, around Friday/Sat Charges go thru, Sunday/Monday people start getting tracking numbers

Pre-ordered the 512 gig from at&t.com on the 16th right before midnight. My order says in progress expected ship date January 28th with delivery by the 29th

interestingly, thus far, my unlocked S21 Ultra 512gb from samsung.com still shows the cancel button, and on top of that, doesn't show the backordered notation that some others who bought carrier versions are showing.

it's been like 1/2 day now already that some have their cancel button disappearing.

wonder if they are doing this via versions of the phone? i.e. start with the 128gb, then move on to other variants.

i ordered the same phone at around 12:30pm Eastern time on Thursday, January 14th,
yet, mine still has the cancel button and does not say Backordered.
