I got $250 Samsung credit instead of $260 (because I used the website instead of the app, in order to get Rakuten cash back). The $250 credit came instantly as part of the order itself, and had to be spent on accessories while placing the order.

Went with s21 plus 256gb. Got 100 off from Verizon finance and 210 in Samsung merchandise. Got 200 for pixel 3axl. Regular s21 had 25 off from Verizon and 160 Samsung merchandise.

Has anyone that ordered through a carrier get the Samsung credit yet?? Is there a link or do I need to have the phone first?
Reading the description from my carrier I have to get the device, register on the Samsung store with it, then wait 4 to 6 weeks for Samsung to email me the credit

Is there a way to use Rakuten with the email samsung sent to get the $260 in Samsung credit PLUS the 10% cash back. I can't seem to figure it out.
Sorry, I don't know. I didn't need to use the email. Apparently the pre-registration credit got associated with my Samsung account, so when I placed the order, the credit was just there.

In the beginning several S10's had signal problems husband had to send his back to Samsung and he got a whole new motherboard put on and he was fixed. Mine wasn't as bad as his so I didn't want to send it back and I have problems still but not real bad but that is why I wanted to upgrade otherwise I would've maybe waited. Mostly it's sending a picture I have it set to tell me when it's sent and sometimes it takes 5 minutes. So I'm excited about the new phone.
I want a good protective case but one that doesn't make the phone too much heavier and thick.

I've heard lots of people talk about Rakuten maybe we should of done that. Oh well I'm still ok with what we did $260 in credits plus $550 for phones. We are buying the phones outright which is what I like to do and not pay any extra to Verizon. But this is our 1st Verizon phone since coming with Sprint with our unlocked S10 +. I checked Best Buy and they are still doing the $200 credit but only $500 for our phones not $550 so I think we did good with all the freebies. I am looking forward to trying the new buds I got the Violet and I still have the 1st pair that came with our S10.

When going through Rakuten it only offers $200 in credit, where is the other $50 coming in at? Am I missing something

Oh really so I could of went through Best Buy or carrier and still got the extra 50? Oh well too late now. I mean we did shop app for $60 but I've heard horror stories about trade in to Samsung and it's easier to just go to Best Buy but their only giving $500 for phone not $550. Hopefully once we send my husbands watch back today for trade in they will lift the hold on my pre-order. I did Best Buy with my S10 + husband went through Samsung it was a nightmare for me and I thought I would never get the phone cause of the Flamingo Pink color I guess. Not even sure what deals Verizon has.

I did the reservation and have the email from Samsung. I'm trying to figure out how I can get the $250 while going through Rakuten as well
I've made previous Samsung purchases where the pre-order credit didn't get applied, but their customer service fixed it when I contacted them. Not guaranteed to work, of course.

If you add Rakuten extention on your browser once you open link from Samsung in browser it will pop up on top to use 10% cash back
