Oh wow lucky you! I hope mines not delayed because of my order being on temporary hold. I don't want them saying oh the 512 Verizon is backordered.

Edit: I'll be darn I just went and looked at my husbands phone and on his account it says phone backordered ship date 1/27 that's weird. And it didn't show the dates of other stuff like it did the other day. So now I am sure if his is backordered and my order is on temporary hold probably till tomorrow or Tuesday he will get his 1st. :-( Unless they get more made. Must be popular to be backordered. I figured lots would turn down buying it due to no SD card slot and other stuff.

Shoulda mentioned mine is the black 256 gb ultra. And I ordered it through an AT&T store. Since I'm doing Next none of those promos apply to me. Reassessing whether I'll do Next again.

Really Wow! Lucky you! I wish it was UPS cause they have authority to open our garage and set it inside. I wonder if Fed-Ex does that in case were not home.

Have an S10 Plus. I checked out the S21 Ultra at AT&T yesterday. I like it and pre-ordered the 256GB in the black.
The clerk said it's shows it will ship on the 28th, but it also showed its already on backorder. Bummer.

We have S10 plus also. I'm worried cuz I have small hands and we both got the Ultra. Hopefully it won't be too big for me with my pop socket on. I want to go hold one though and just see the screen.

I ordered two 256gb S21s from T-Mobile trading in a S9 and a S9+ . Cost me $50 each upgrade to 256gb plus sales tax. Great deal trading in 2 phones with fair market value of $170 and only paying $100 spread over 24 months.

I just put in my preorder for a Phantom Gray S21 with 128GB storage. Traded in my 2-year old S10 for $550, and got $160 in free accessories. My S10 had been working great, but I wanted to upgrade to a fresh (and larger) battery, newer cameras, higher screen refresh rate, and 5G cellular connection. I've never used the microSD card storage, so the 128 GB should be ok for me. My total out of pocket cost was $250. Now just need to wait until Jan 29th.

Did the same with my S10E and paid $250 otd.

Finally they took the hold off my order cuz we sent back my husband's watch we were trading in for the new one he got. I'm excited now mine says ships by the 27th. So does that mean it could ship early? Mine didn't say back ordered like my husband's did. It said I won't get the pen till February 12th which I ordered by itself and then it said my 25W chargers will ship on the 22nd. Oh and it's weird the silicone covers the same date as the phone but the buds say the 29th and there's no date on the smart tag.

The screen looks really nice. I'm not a techy, so all i can say is it looked nice.

Size wise, I don't think it will be that noticeable. I have small hands too. I held it vertically and horizontally. It didn't feel much different then my S10Plus.

Overall the S21 Ultra is a tad taller. (According to Samsung the height of the S10 Plus is 157.6mm and the S21 Ultra is 165.1mm. So it's only 7.5mm taller)

Really looking forward to getting it and using it.

Oh wow really thanks! I'm sitting here drinking coffee hanging out here reading the forums when I could be getting ready for work early so I can go by Best Buy before work. I still might LOL! But I want to hold it with my case on it to really get the feel of it.

I don't get this and maybe someone can explain. I ordered the s21 with my iphone mini trade in and got 700 plus 100 samsung credit.

Today I reordered because they gave me 800 for the mini and 150 for Samsung credit. I'm just going to send the first one back.

As a practical matter, is 5G actually available in most areas? My understanding is that it's not and that when they have done benchmarks on much of the 5G currently out there vs. 4G, there is little or no benefit and that often, 4G provides better speeds. My sense is that 5G is in its infancy and that the current "5G push" is largely just marketing hype.

Am I wrong?
