Pre ordered on the 14th. Got those two weird emails about delays. They updated my account on Monday with the phone and it was couriered same day. 256gb version. Courier confirmation came yesterday as well.

It's little things I'm coming from an S10+ so it's not a small phone but this just feels a whole lot bigger even if it's not. The pin ***** for the front camera being centered is just nice and a lot less intrusive. Android 11 is really nice, the newer Google integration pieces are nice. The camera is impressive. The fingerprint sensor is a heck of a lot faster than the one on the S10+ and just a bit less finnicky.

One thing that is screwing with my royally now is that the volume rocker is right where the power button was on my S10. Muscle memory hasn't kicked in yet to reposition my finger.

Overall no real complaints. It feels like a faster version of the S10 with more real estate. No massive changes but considering the S10 might have been the best phone I've ever owned that's a compliment

Thanks for the review because me and my husband are coming from the S10 Plus also. And I thought about that too I'm not going to get used to the volume rockers being on the other side but eventually I will.

I used Pixel 4 XL and then Pixel 5 for couple of months. I am satisfied. The only gripe is the FPS reader. Its not for Canadian weather where the skin gets dried easily.

I've only ever had Nexus or Pixel phones. I've used Samsung's but never full time. I'm sure I'll get used to it... Maybe lol
