It doesn't matter where you pre-order. You will still get your $200 accessory credit just not the extra $50/$60.

Oh I know and I want the buds which would be $200 but right now I am getting a silicone case, 2 x 25 W charging bricks and a pen also so I would like to wait it out. And also BB is only giving $500 for phone verses Samsung $550 not sure about Verizon. We buy our phones outright so I'm not sure how Verizon works but I'm getting ready to call Samsung back.
Let me know what they tell you this time!
I'm doing a chat right now I just gave them my order # and info they are checking.
Edit: Hey Rose , your mobile is expected to be delivered on 29th of january and accessories on 02 of february , due to numerous shipments the notifications are taking time.
I said oh so for those of us waiting your going to make an exception and get us overnight shipping?
Reply was Rose, you will get your package on 29th between 9am to 6 pm. I asked for a copy of the chat.
Those are canned responses. I had the same guy on chat 2 different times and his responses were exactly the same word for word.

Oh really should I have called? I mean she gave me a ticket number yesterday and said she was calling the warehouse and I would get an email which I never did.
As posted earlier, Verizon gave me trade in credit of $800 plus $300 to upgrade to S21 (Ultra 256gb). With the $200 accessory credit that's like getting $1300 in credits for a $1250 phone. I'm staying with Verizon so I don't mine getting bill credits.
So do they give you bill credits on the amount after the credits or on the whole amount and is it for 24 months? I guess I need to call them. I got transferred to Tele sales and she said she sees my Samsung orders and I kept saying so 300 extra off plus our trade in of S10 plus unlocked would be what? I asked about 24 months didn't want to do 30 and asked if she could just tell me what the final price would be we would be financing and what offers they have. She ended up transferring me to internet support and they said she should of told me deals but the phone is back ordered till 2/5. So I guess I'll just wait out Samsung.
The chat I did two times was the same answers each time. They don't care to help and just want to get you off of chat quickly to answer the next one. I called again and they just say have to wait till tomorrow and if it doesn't arrive to call them.
On my Verizon bill it will show $52 charge a month for financing charges of S21U 256gb, then credit of $33.33 ($800/24 months) and $12.50 ($300/24 months). So its a net charge of $6.25 for the phone0% financed over 24 months.
Bill credits are not as good as reducing the cost of the phone up front. However it's hard to pass up getting $800 trade in value on a 6 year old Galaxy S7.
You also have to be on certain unlimited plans i think. They would only give me $55 for an S8 and i think im on start unlimited
