S21 video won't play on VLC desktop

I have video taken on the S21. When I transfer the mp4 video file to my desktop, VLC player is not able to play it. The sound comes thru but the screen is blank. Am I missing something? I've never experienced VLC not being able to play a video file.

Check in settings that it is not being stored in High efficiency mode. That will not be compatible with many players.

Any kind of slow motion or just a regular video?

Yup, that was the issue. I had it disabled but it looks like if you set recording to 8K, the setting automatically gets enabled w/no option to disabled it.
