I am getting both the phones nearly in the same price range, what would you suggest i should go with?

I may be biased (been a Samsung user for eons), but I'd suggest you go with the first. More reputable brand with guaranteed support/updates for at least a couple more years... The only problem right now is with the impending launch of their newer line, you're very likely to find very good deal on newer models once that happens, so you maaaaaay be better off waiting it out a bit.

Yeah, I like One UI and Samsung stable and long update policy. It is unlikely to get newer models to get any cheaper any soon, but on the other hand Neo 7 pro has 8+ gen1 and 120W charging yet bad UI so i am pretty confused.
