S22 notifications not working

[Android Central Question]

Yesterday i wasn't getting notified of calls or texts. I have since factory reset my phone and reset my settings and nothing has worked. Originally I was set for dnd and just contacts to call through but since the reset have had dnd off.

You using stock phone app and which message app Google or Samsung? Is this only when phone screen off or while open also?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it just that you're not getting audible notifications, or are there no notification icons at all in the status bar?

When you say you're not getting notifications for calls, do you mean it's not ringing at all?
