S22 Ultra essentially a rebranded S21 Ultra?

Only watched 5 minutes, but it's obvious he doesn't know what he's talking about on a lot of stuff.

That said, I do agree (and have previously said) that it's more of a Note 21 than an S22 Ultra. I really don't think it's worth the upgrade unless you're one of the people who loves or relies on the integrated S-pen... And if you are that person, Why would you have bought the S21 ultra anyway?
Someone may have purchased the S21 Ultra because they didn't know if there would be another device with the in-built S Pen. They could have just heard that the Note was discontinued and didn't think it would be back only under the S22 Ultra name.

All debate aside does it make a difference to anyone? Will it cause anyone to not order, cancel an order, jump off a roof, wrestle a grizzly bear?

I will most likely cancel. I don't think I can lose MST and micro SD my Note 20U has.

Personally could care less with the name or if it's a note or S series. All I care is just a shiny new toy

The masses won't care what the name is. Their number 1 question will be "does it have a pen or not?". Plain and simple lol. In the end we never both a note because it was named note. We liked them for top specs and pen. As long as it stays the same I have no problem if they simply called it new S galaxy with a pen . Ugly name but you get the point.

It makes all the sense in the world to do what they did. How many passed on the S Ultra to wait on the Note Ultra? Not to mention the different production runs, the ad budget and all of the other costs of releasing 2 series of phones that were very similar. That cost is now eliminated. The summer releases are now dedicated to there foldables and the un-foldables are at the beginning of the year. As for the name they could have called it the razor no one would have cared. It was a smart move to pass on the N21 take the heat for a few then release the S22U. People would have lost it if they purchased a N21 then have the S22U come out. So get use to it this is how they plan to move forward.
