S22Ultra locked on AT&T still on Sept Security patch and Android 12

I can't seem to find a definitive answer as to when my S22Ultra locked on AT&T should receive the OTA UI5/Android 13 update. My wife's S21Ultra and my my Mom's A13 both have received the UI5/Android 13 update.

I have worn out the Settings/check for updates button. I even factory reset it and still nothing.

Some Att models have this issue , flash though Odin to latest or you can flash the unlock firmware and not have this issue.

Odin is a tool you download on your PC to flash the firmware to your device

I looked into Odin and sammobile. I could not find the exact file for my s22 Ultra (SM-S908U AT&T) so I didn't go any further into the process.

Att firmware are hard to find , i suggest going to unlock unbranded Samsung firmware otherwise you have to.use a TMobile firmware as all firmware are interchangeable but sometimes flashing different carrier firmware they can be on different builds and might not get OTA updates and have to flash each time a new update comes out.
