S23 Ultra Doesn't like my GM Truck

Lets see if i can cut to the chase... My S23 ultra will not redial after any number called , answered, busy, VM or what ever it will not redial by voice commands... (worked fine with my NOTE phone... same vehicle). gives me some BS about not available .... all other voice commands work fine 99% of the time , you just cant say redial and get the last number called..... you have to start over with "Call whomever"
any and all help, greatly appreciated

PS... my work Tahoe won't take the command either so has to be the Phone

I would first unpair and forget the phone from the truck, and the truck from the phone. Then clear the cache, and repair the device.
