S23 Ultra keeps turning off Ethernet Tethering when full charged.

I have an S23 Ultra which I have just upgraded from an S21. When I go away for work I use an adapter to ethernet tether my phone to my laptop. When I was using my S21 I had no issues with this, now I am using my S23, when the phone hits the 100% charged, the screen turns on and the Ethernet Tethering disconnects. I can go into settings and turn it instantly back on as it still connected, no cable issues etc, it seems to be directly linked with the phone fully charging.
