Recording video in 4K HDR 10 + 30fps and the video has random stuttering as though frames are being dropped, especially noticeable when panning.
This can be clearly seen when recording.
The dealer has offered to replace the phone again but we mutually agree that this will not solve the issue.
A look on other forums reveals others in the same situation.
Has anyone experienced this? and if so,have any idea when it is going to be fixed

Have you updated to April's security patch that supposed to fix Camera issues?

Yes again.
Have reported this again to Samsung, but as users on their own forum with this issue are ignored then I am not hopeful

Following over 3 weeks of getting nowhere with Samsung Vanessa of Customer Solutions has been very helpful and Samsung are aware of this issue.
This has been escalated to the relevant team who deal with such matters.
As soon as I receive an update I will post.

I've got exactly the same issue with the S23 Ultra. Tried everything. Panning recordings are horrible. Let me know if you find any solution.
