Mine said 446 I wish I would have just ordered in the beginning cuz it told me minus an extra $103 and I know that wasn't right and then the next time it said $27 and one time I tried making me go back to validate that I'm a healthcare worker I don't know. And what happens if any accessory you want is out you lose out on accessories cuz you got to buy something there's nothing else to get.

I really don't get the pricing on the checkout.. I pick what I want with First Responder discount, comes to $508. It makes me sign in and the next thing I see is a total of $632.99 (w/ Tax)...How in the world...

Same here in leaving work and tried one more time why I see 446 at the top I don't know but final was 522 plus tax and I just chose ear buds to be done with it since their out of most every accessory and I was checking out and it said something about promo not active ang wouldn't finish so I figured 39 more minutes I'm be home to try on computer.

I know I have been having issues all day and now I am home at my computer and it's only showing me 100 in credit not the 150. It shows 522 with discount from health care but earlier a few times it said 446 but than when I went to pre-order it showed 522 which is fine but I want my $150 credit it's only giving me a $100. I had this problem last year. And you can't get ahold of anyone.

took me more than 2 hours from the early part of unpacked till well after the end of unpacked to finally get my more through.

it was no fun at all. spinning circles, pages that won't advance to the next step, etc etc. essentially, everything that can go wrong went wrong. how in the world would samsung corporate think this can be a positive experience for their loyal, early bird customers??

I'm done I am not ordering I guess. I figured if I at least got my 150 I would get earbuds and be done with it and have an extra pair. Now it's only showing me $100 earlier I saw $150 I know I've said this already sorry I am just aggravted. Spent my whole dinner break at work trying to get this didn't eat. Now she said she will connect me to ecommerce to help me that website is having problems with promotions and she transferred me and it said their to busy to come to phone and it hung up on me so I called back and this guy said he would stay on the line with me while he transferred me and no one is there now he says their closed. Even if I use the 100 they are out of chargers and battery packs you can't even order to get later. It's crazy use it now or lose it. I am fed up!

OMG! Finally after trying several times on my chromebook it finally said 150 again cause it said get the buds pro 2 free and I just said ok I am doing it. I'll have an extra pair. Last year they were out of the Bora purple so I got them. But why it would say in the beginning 446 and 103 first responder discount is weird but it ended up being like 37.50 off and I got my $150. But now my husbands keeps saying a 100 and not 150 it's crazy. I finally ordered he's still trying. His said 150 earlier too he said. But with the 37.50 off plus Rakuten is like 66 I think so that's not bad.

Just saw a few videos, the S24 Ultra looks incredible. Amazed at the AI features, they're doing AI way better than Google, which is pretty crazy. Cameras have gotten better. The UI is the best UI on Android. Looks like an awesome phone. Just trying to scope out deals so I can trade in my Pixel 8 Pro and S23 Ultra.

I have mentioned this before, so apologies for the repeat.

I have always received a Samsung email a day or two after the unpacking event with the link to use the reservation credit. Using the link would automatically apply the reservation credit to the order. If I didn't use the link, no credit. (That's just my experience.) I think others have called customer service to get the credit applied after- the- fact. Samsung really makes us work to buy a new device at launch.

So my husband went ahead and ordered and chose the buds and had to pay 50 cause it wasn't showing 150 only a 100 plus it said their coming a different day and It said 6.99 shipping which is weird mine didn't say that of course I got a different color but still.

His Samsung shop app said 150 but he wanted to do it online cause of Rakuten. It took me several tries for it to get my 150 mine kept saying a 100 also but anyway do you think they will credit our card if I ask?

I know sometimes if you say you're canceling the order they offer you 10% not too and that would be like 60 bucks for him. His ended up being like 635 mine was 557 I got an extra 27.50 health care. I don't want a $50 promo code I want him to get credit for having to pay 50 and I've never heard of paying for shipping. Just come with the phone.

From what I'm seeing most everything is the same that matters.

Camera.. I'm happy with the fold 5 camera, so I imagine I will be happy with the plus camera.

Battery basically the same

Screen size basically the same

Titanium on ultra isn't big deal since most everyone puts the phone in a case

Processors the same

Memory the same

Don't need the 1TB storage

Can anyone tell me $300 more is worth it for me. Am I missing something Thanks

OMG! I got to work early yesterday and sat in my car and watched the show and was like wow all these features and the AI and how you can circle a picture. I know some will come to the 23U but I am excited for this phone. And the translation feature where it interprets. I hope this phone does really well in sales.

So now like someone else said everyone will be checking their cancel buttons next week! I spent forever with Samsung on the phone about how my husband only got $100 and not $150 and they are trying to charge him $6.99 for shipping of buds and it took over 30 minutes and all he said was I will put in a request for it send me a screenshot of where it says $150 which he opened his shop app and took one. He said once we get charged than we will see a credit if it gets approved I was if no it needs to be and then right after we both get text pre-order here for your extra $50 OMG!

So Crazy but I am excited now cause we are doing this Rock Legends Cruise for our Anniversary 10 years and I hope the video taking is good. The show yesterday showed someone at a concert and videoing and zooming.
