S24 Ultra Colors which one are you getting?

Galaxy S24 Ultra. What color are you getting?

If I do purchase a s24 Ultra, my first choice would be Violet, second choice would be the Grey.


Of course, once the phone case goes on, the color doesn't much matter.

Great choices! I agree...the Violet/Purple looks great! I also like the Grey too

INvest in a good clear case. I like the Mous clarity, and wanna try the Dbrand ghost when it re-launches. Dbrand cases are a bit of a pain to get here though, I hates importing.

If my phone hating Parrot ever stops attacking my devices, I'll definitely check into the Mous & Dbrand. At this point I'm stuck which ugly military grade Parrot-proof cases.

some of the picture I have see show the Violet/Purple as a lighter pastel color. then some show it as a deeper purple. I like the deeper purple myself.

Have you considered dunking them in that bittering agent they put on Nintendo Switch cartridges lol.

That's interesting. That's quite a shade difference between the two pictures.

I agree with you, I like the lighter shade. It makes more of an impression.

do you know what i mean? or do you think i'm overthinking it?

I'm debating between yellow or grey. I usually go for the vibrant colors but I really like the grey for some reason.

I know what you mean, but I've had a yellow S10e, Z Flip 4 and Z flip 5 and the colour looks very intentional on all three. Hard to tell what the new "Titanium Yellow" will actually look like til it's in your hand, but I'm not concerned

The gray is a nice colour, but personally I know I would end up regretting not going for something a bit more vibrant or the cool factor of just plain black.

Gray or yellow for me. I'm interested to see the Samsung exclusive colors as well. I have a lime s23 ultra and a lot of people ask about the color of it.

thanks for the positive vote on the Samsung phone yellow color!

i am thinking still: since i use a clear case with the phone (minimal case because i need to use a pop socket due to hand issues), that yellow needs to be pretty vibrant to not make the entire clear case look yellowish dirty/old, right? though you said in the past, their yellow was sufficiently vibrant.

how in the world could they not have a basic color like white?

also: aren't there samsung.com-only colors? we shouldn't forget about those, right? i haven't noticed announcements of those special colors directly from samsung.com yet. did i miss that rumor?

i understand that the crispy grey titanium looks great, true, but it is more ordinary, like some others have said already. the yellow is more special. i still can't understand why they won't have basic white!

Well now, there's an idea!

Louise doesn't attack the device with beak. Her go to move, is to drop her head & shove the phone off the nightstand, table, counter, etc. She looks like a little green plow. She then looks over the edge at the phone on the floor & 'trash' chatters at it, turns & strut waddles off victorious.



The heavy case is to protect my phone from the fall & to prevent her from being able to build up momentum as she reaches the edge.

I'm not sure if I'll get one yet, but if I do it'll be the yellow one because it's a nice colour that I've never had before.

I've also never had a Yellow device. That would probably be a nice choice.

I haven't decided if I will get one either. I'm concerned about trading-in my S22U.

August, the trade-ins for my Husband's & my new Watch 6s both had issues. His trade-in made it to the facility, but then somehow disappeared. My nice Watch 3 magically turned into a broken Z Flip 4 at inspection time. We had pictures of our trade-ins & Samsung did eventually resolve the issue in our favor. But what are the odds, 2 devices return at the same time, both had different issues in the return process. They were tracked together till the end where his made it to the trade-in facility & mine stopped at the FedEx facility a few additional days.

I may consider going to Best Buy where I can hand them the trade-in directly, if they are still doing that. It would't be as good as deal, unfortunately, but then I would not stress over the return process.

I don't know if Samsung would side with me a second time if the trade-in process had another 'mysterious' issue.
