S24 Ultra Colors which one are you getting?

What does the phone color matter if you just cover it with a case? I like to keep all my electronics black so black as usual with a black case...

Not all cases are opaque. Some have features that allow you to see the phone color (like the case mate on my S23 ultra

For some reason, I am now really liking the orange. But, I think my choice will wind up being what's readily available. I am not going to wait for a color, that's for sure.

My final answer on color choice is Titanium blue (I saw it called Sky Blue also)...IF it ships at the same time as the others and not 10-14 days later. I like the contrast of the black middle frame.

If there's a shipping delay out the gate for exclusive colors, I'm going for titanium grey.

Most clear cases are greasy finger print magnets which annoys me to no end.

Have anyone else besides me disappointed in the trade in values of the S23Ultra ?

If the $600 is true I'm out. I caved on the low trade in for the S23U, but there was a phone I wanted to dump. I don't have that situation this year. I would think with Samsung losing to apple in phone sales in 2023 would encourage Samsung to bump up the trade in values.

I don't blame you. The only real upgrades are the flat panel display and a new camera setup with AI implementation.

I'm a little uneasy about the new camera. The last Galaxy I purchased that ran a new design was the S20U and that camera was garbage, riddled with hardware issues that prevented it from ever being able to have proper focus.

I absolutely would consider upgrading to the S23U because it's a known and proven device but they're nowhere to be found on Samsung's website or ATT.

No, I try to avoid BB and anywhere else that I have to go in person. I've never tried ordering through the website and having shipped. I guess I didn't think of that.

I used to do BB back in the day because their deals were always better but couldn't stand the process of eating up 2 hours of my day waiting on line to then allow them to unbox my device like I'm a little kid, only handing it to me when necessary to enter sign in credentials.

Best buy used to be a pain wanting to activate your phone, IMO it's so they can push accessories on you. I ordered my fold 5 and did store pick up at Best buy. I walked in they handed me the phone and I walked out. I ordered thru Samsung website, but you said it isn't available thru Samsung website, so I would check best buy.

If definitely wait till you see the pricing, official announcement of the S24.

You acknowledge they exist and that some of us like them though, yes?

"I don't like clear cases, so the colour doesn't really matter to me." is a perfectly reasonable stance. "The colour doesn't matter, because you're putting it in a case anyway." is the kind of statement that gets under my skin though lol. Not everyone even uses a case, let alone an opaque one.

We used to do Best Buy too way back but their trade in isn't as good anymore. Samsung is usually better

Even if they did $650 and let us use the extra $50 towards the phone that would be nice but I am sure that's not happening.

You'll get $750 for the S23U but I wouldn't wait too long. Once they get enough units traded in it seems they become less valuable and the trade in amount decreases.
