S25 Model Color Preorder

The exclusive colors for the 512gb (excluding jet black) are now showing a ship date towards the end of February. Wonder if those are being ordered more or there simply we're not available. Of course the shipping dates could move up once the phone is actually released.View attachment 367951

Samsung "guesses" how much of each color they need, granted the "guess" is an informed guess based on past history of the demand for various colors, and then they put in orders for each color that they believe will satisfy the initial demand. So, if there is a color that is unavailable , such as the JetBlack, Samsung likely underestimated the demand but that doesn't tell us how many sold, Samsung may have just not ordered very many of that color thinking demand would be lower.

Another possibility if that there is some type of issue in making the JetBlack, such as issues (to include cost) coating the Titanium with the black finish, and so they chose to make less (because of the added cost to make) or were not able to make enough (issues with the coating bonding with the titanium).

I feel it's the former. Samsung is always under estimating the demand for the Ultra model. Could also be a sales tactic who knows lol

This morning, the jet black is back (after saying out of stock last night) and still saying expected by Feb 7 in my app. I ordered, so we'll see. I can wait for the color I'd prefer if delayed, even though they're all a snooze fest to me this year (hence, I thought all black could be a change at least).

I used to own a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro in black, coated Titanium. Over 2 years period it held very well. Traded it in in almost new condition. So, Samsung knows how to apply black coat on the Titanium cases.

I'm excited to see it too. This is my first year of not going to the store to play with or at least see the phone in person. Happy that my first in person experience will be with my own device.

I'm still on the fence if I should get the S25...

As my 5th phone. Deciding also which phone to trade in. Google Pixel 8 or broken iPhone XR.

Unless Green or Yellow isn't available it'll always be my choice. This year it's Mint.

so since going to at and t and getting s25 plus what are you guys thoughts about sliver shadow <-my dad got this for me supposed to get weds

however i'm thinking about if in morning change color to navy if can

well i wasted too much time trying to get ahold of at and t last night i just decided to call representive madison tenn and its too late can't change color to navy stuck with sliver shadow

he said down the road can do it meh again any of you guys like sliver shadow i know will get a case for it btw but still

I ordered my s25+ from AT&T in the silver. I saw it in person, and it was my preferred color. My phone is 100% going directly into a case as soon as I get it, even though I find the silver color very pretty. Good luck with your color choice.

so you like the sliver shadow eh i guess i get used to it despite wanted navy

what cover and screen protector do you recommend i been doing spigen cases s7 s20 perhaps i should stick with brand and get rugged armor

as far as screen protector goes i don't know maybe try that spigen temp glass i don't know

I'll let others chip in on the best screen protectors. For sure, I'm going to have a plastic film one and not a glass one because I always use wallet phone cases, and the cover provides additional protection.

I'm giving Benks a shot this year for screen protector being it's AR coated. That and I really like the case I got from then too.

I normally prefer white or blue phones.
They didn't have white for my GS24U, so I got the gray one; I really didn't like that much the baby blue.

This time, I was going to wait for the GS26 Ultra, but yesterday I went and got/ordered the GS25 Ultra in blue, I was really upset Samsung made a really nice TARDIS blue for the GS25 and GS25 plus, but a weak looking blue for the Ultra!

Was going to get the Titanium Silverwhite, but I really wanted a blue phone this time, and the Titanium Silverblue looked a bit better than last year's baby blue, so...

I got my jadegreen, and I thought it was silver at first. I can barely tell it's green, and it certainly doesn't look much like the photo on the web.

Man; all I had for years were black phones, nothing against them, but I had enough, white or blue works for me, even gray or silver!

That's why my GS24 Ultra is gray and will be keeping this GS25 Ultra in gray...with a very unnoticeable tint of bluish.
