S25 Ultra might lose bluetooth connectivity on the S Pen.

I have to be up front here with myself. After reading all the posts and links to various articles regarding the S25 and the S Pen, in all honesty I don't think I have used it to the full capacity its meant for. Since reading the comments and searching my mind, I reckon I have used it more that past few days for various functions, mainly group photographs etc, (maybe as its a thought of its functions not being there), So, in my tiny mind I will probably miss some of the functions but, I will get by.. Roll on next Monday for my delivery of the handset.
You always just say "Hey Google, Take a picture" for groups shots where you have your phone propped up or can't reach the shutter button

Samsung should never have merged the Note and S series together, the S series were for the masses and Note was a Niche which should have continued with the S pen, the S series had no business having the Spen.

What scares me the future, they might take the Spen away all together, that would lead me to Pixels , iPhones but not Samsung anymore.

I said my two cents...lol
With it being so niche as you pointed out I can see it coming eventually and maybe being an accessory like it is on the fold series. There's no other manufacturer changing them to keep it embedded into their Ultra series. Time will tell but I won't be surprised when it's gone all together.

I have a Galaxy Watch and am well aware of all the ways to control the camera and media. HOWEVER, I became dependent on the spen since the N3, long before they added BT. If they delete Spen all together, I'd probably go with the S+ because I'm so deep in the ecosystem. Pixel is a close 2nd. I love the P9P, I just need seamless integration with all my other devices. I'd probably eventually migrate to Pixel Buds, Watch, etc. Ugh...I hope it doesn't come to that
They need a tablet before I can ever consider them as an actual solution. I do like their watch, but not enough for me to fully leave Samsung lol. Their ecosystem works so well for me especially with the TVs and other non mobile electronics.

Or in the camera app. When you set up for your group picture. Say the word. Smile. And the camera will take the picture.
And if you have it set for burst it will take a certain amount of pictures instead of just one when you activate it with the smile command

Yeah 😒

So I was thinking the charging part of the silo in the S25 Ultra was the same as previous Ultra devices because there is the same 'smell' on the tip of the S Pen.

Jerry Rig just released a video possibly supporting this in his teardown of the silo.
So potentially the S Pen 'could' only need a battery to enable air actions.

Even if this were possible and Samsung were to release a functional bluetooth S Pen for the S25 Ultra it would be real bad of them to ask customers to pay for it!
