A Austin185 Well-known member Dec 15, 2013 104 0 0 Jan 5, 2014 #2 Go to settings>my device tab>accessibility > scroll down to flash notification> check it then uncheck it I know it already isn't checked but you have to check it then uncheck it for it to turn off Posted via Android Central App
