S3 doesn't cast as well as older phones and tablets?

I've upgraded from the S2 Tab to S3.

Obviously some great improvements but I noticed that using Smart View with my Panasonic TV was jittery - constant skipping. I ended up going back to using Smart View from either my old S2 or my S7 phone, both of which work perfectly.

I went and got myself a Chromecast to fix the problem and have exactly the same issue. The S2 Tab and S7 phone work fine - the S3 Tab is jittery.

Is there something I'm missing?

I haven't noticed the jitter on my Tab- I had it on my Note 8, restarted it and jitter went away. Maybe that could help?
