S3 firmware update problem !!! Help !!!

My software update option is not working.. When i click the update button its unresponsive .. Unable to update my firmware to 4.4 .. kindly help me out .. tried with the kies too but my issue not solved ..

The 4.4.x firmware isn't coming to the International variant of the S3 - there's nothing to update to. You should have 4.3 on there (if don't we can try to solve that issue) and that's the last version you'll see unless you decide to root the phone and load a 3rd party ROM. Sorry.
