s3 has no screen after replacement glass

please help me.
I replaced glass because I dropped my phone and had cracks on upper corner.
after turned on power, no screen but black.
when I press menu button, there are two lights each side of menu button(home and back button)

is there anyone knows why? and how can i fix?

Why?
You broke the AMOLED display during your attempt at replacing the lens.

How to fix it?
Replace the entire lens/AMOLED assembly. Rough cost is around $240.

Seon, welcome to Android central. It is possible that the ribbon connecting the screen to the rest of the device is not seated well , you may need to disassemble and check that it is connected properly

Go to http://m.repairsuniverse.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-screen-assembly-replacement-white.html and get a replacement assembly (~$170; be sure to get the correct color for your phone).
