S3 i747M virgin (bell canada ) revert to stock rom

[AC Question]

I have SGH-I747M with cyanongen mod v11 on it. Baseband is MVLUEMK5, Android version is 4.4.2, Kernel 3.4.77 and build number cm_d2att. My question is I would like to go back to stock rom which was for Telus original. I would like to use a Bell Canada rom since I am on Virgin, now that it has updated to 4.4.2 from 4.3, I need to use the same rom for 4.4.2 and not 4.3 correct ? I have a rom from bell but it is for 4.3. Is there proper steps to flash it from sd card or use cwm that I have installed
