s3 keeps rebooting when starting some apps

it all started like 4 months ago, i used to be a gmaps fan, but one day my s3 started rebooting every time i opened gmaps, i thought it was an app error so i made a factory reset, nothing happened.
i sent an email to samsung tech support, they told me to make another factory reset, nothing happened.
now its happening with other apps, every time i open twitter, instamessage or gmaps it reboots, its kinda weird, i click on twitter, phone freezes for 4 seconds and then it reboots.

any suggestion?

and by the way, im running latest s3 OS and nope, its not rooted
