hi all, long term lurker first time poster
i have a bit of a problem with my phone, i only bought it back in august but recently it has started to turn itself off randomly, ive tried taking the battery out and also a factory reset but the problem is still there, has anybody else had this problem and know how to resolve it?

Does the random reboot occur even after a factory reset before re-installing apps? A factory reset should fix the issue. However, if the problem starts again once you start re-installing apps then the issue could be tied to an app.

hi, thanks for the repy i left the phone as it was for a few days after a factory reset without reinstalling apps but it still did the same, its not every day usually about once every 2 days even when battery is full :/
