S3 not connect to PC

Hello.

As the title says, my S3 doesn't connect to the PC since I updated the Android version 4.3. When I plug in the USB, the phone is charging, but I cannot transfer nothing to PC or reverse.

Any advices?

Try downloading updated drivers and restart the PC, different cables, and different ports.

Thanks for reply, but I tried already and the same result. I cannot find MTP settings, this is the reason I think.

When you plug your phone into your pc make sure that USB debugging is turned off and in the notification panel it should say connected as camera or media, click the notice to change from camera to mtp.... Hope this helps!

I have already Kies 3, but it doesn't detect my phone.

When you plug your phone into your pc make sure that USB debugging is turned off and in the notification panel it should say connected as camera or media, click the notice to change from camera to mtp.... Hope this helps!
