S3 not working since Google play screw up

[AC Question]

What is going on with Google play my S3 has been showing pop ups saying Google play doesn't work notresponding. I Signed in and nothing it's helping. What do i do now. So frustrated!

Welcome to Android Central! Does it say Google Play Services isn't responding, or Google Play Store? Does this persist after a reboot?
