Intermittently, my unrooted Galaxy S3 will reboot (start up again) after I power it off.
I can get it to power off properly by pushing "restart," allowing the phone to boot up, then pushing power off once again.
The phone doesn't do this every time I power it down - it happens maybe 1 out of four times.
But that's annoying.
AND my wife's unrooted Galaxy S3 does exactly the same thing.
The ATT store claims they had never heard of this problem and offers no solution.
Suppose it could be an app that's causing the problem, but not sure. Thought Nova might be the culprit. So set my wife's S3 back to Touchwiz, but still experiences the (intermittent) problem.
Anyone else with this issue?
Solution?
Thanks!
