S3 or S4 mini ?

Which is better ? Which one is really faster ? Which one lags less ? Plz help

S4 mini and S3 mini? The S4 has better specs so I'm assuming it lags less. If you want a small phone with no lag go with the HTC One mini or a Moto X. Not sure how much support the Galaxy Minis get.

Just wait for the Nexus 5 - problem solved (unless you're on Verizon - in that case the Moto X is a great choice).

I think he wants the S3 mini. The point of wanting a mni phone is that it isn't too big for your hands and the S3 is significantly bigger than the S4 mini...
