S3 stopped receiving texts, help!

I've had my S3 since January, and it has worked perfectly since, but yesterday night it stoppes receiving texts randomly. It does everything else it is suppose to, and contacts can still receive texts from me, my phone is just not getting anything from anyone. I've done the usual thongs, except for factory reset; has anyone else experienced this?

its a jelly bean lte bug if its the same one. does restarting the phone fix it?
