Dear I have s4 when I use 4g network the battery last just for 5 hours maximum , is it something normal or I need to change the battery.

Are you using 4G and browsing the web/streaming something? It would be helpful if you could include screenshots of your battery stats

Thanks for the reply, lets say the battery full 100% after 5 hours of using 4g continuously the battery reach 5%.

You can't add the photo using the AC app. You need either AC Forums app, Tapatalk or the full desktop site.
If you're using it the whole time, that sounds normal.
