It shouldn't take any. Unless someone is upset that their phone off choice wasn't given this honor. The S4 made a VERY good impression with Consumer Reports. So their decision is justified in my eyes. If this choice isn't honored, then the same needs to be used for decisions made in tech reviews and comparisons (i.e., Phonedog people's and editors choice).

They must have tested the AT&T version that also provides their customers larger storage options.

Consumer reports does not suck (not usually), but carriers not offering their customers the option do suck. With much suction too.
