S4: Bookmark:warning, can't edit bookmarks while syncing.

What a week for my phone.
When I attempt to bookmark a site, either immediately or shortly, I get a warning: can not edit bookmarks while syncing.
Everything starts over, and I am back to bookmark,
and the contents of all the folders are showing, out of order.... Just a list

What is it syncing? Or trying to do?

Which browser are you using?

Are you using the stock Browser or Chrome? Try going to the App Manager and clearing the app cache of whichever browser you're using.

If that doesn't work, try booting into Recovery and clearing the system cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support

I cleared the cache for samsung s browser. Only app reasonably close, in name.

I know what syncing is, what I meant was ... why would bookmarks start a sync (with Samsung account? ), now? I just recently signed into Samsung account. For months, i received a notification, to sign in. I did, about a week ago.
It won't allow me to put all of the installed bookmarks, into a folder, I could before

I am curious if you used Chrome, or any other browser on your android, that you wouldn't see this issue.

I must have been 1/2 asleep! I was using an ipad in here, to talk about bookmark editing/syncing problem with my S4. I said safari browser!

Of course not, on S4 I am using stock Android browser.

I am still having the same problem:
1. Why did this happen:: All of my bookmarks are outside of the folders,

2. If I'm lucky, I might get a site bookmarked before the syncing starts > otherwise the syncing terminates and deletes the bookmark attempt.

Error note: "unable to edit bookmarks while syncing. Try again, after syncing".
