S4 goes to sleep after ten minutes?

I don't know if any has addressed this but is there anyway to keep the screen on longer than ten minutes which is the highest setting in display? With my HTC 4G LTE there was a setting that said never off. I understand that limiting the screen time may be a battery saver but that should be my choice. An example of this is when I'm streaming Pandora, after ten minutes the screen dims then goes to sleep. This should not happen. Any suggestions?

If it's like the S3, there's no built-in way to do it. I use a profile manager to control this, and many other things. If all you want is to keep the screen on, look here:
