S4 mini gets SUPER HOT when watching a video

My S4 Mini (KitKat 4.4.2) gets SUPER HOT when watching a video. How can I resolve this problem? Also, what is the normal temperature the phone should operate at? Should it be 20-25 degrees or is it normal to be running at 34 degrees even when its idle? Please assist. Thank you...

On my S5mini its normal is 32degre
