S4 not playing vines or gifs on Twitter app

So whenever I try to watch a vine or gif on my twitter app, the video pops up as if it's about to play then almost instantly goes black, no loading circle or anything. I've already tried restarting my phone, clearing all my caches, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Does anyone know any possible solutions? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem vines dont work on twitter for the s4.
