s4 pin phone lock

My crazy office mate got my s4 and was just wondering if there is a way for him to bypass my pin without loosing the data stored on the phone (l'm pretty sure he doesn't know the pin coz it's at least 8 characters long)

Unless he knows your Google account password and email as well, he won't be able to bypass the lock.

Also, if he has any sense of honour and how to behave like an adult he would not dream of doing so even if the phone were unlocked. Explain this to him. If he laughs at you, ask him whether he would like a crazy black eye.

Ask him also whether he could afford the compensation ordered to be paid by a court after causing damage and loss of property by deleting your data.

If may also be worth mentioning to your boss or office manager that this person is meddling with your phone against your will during working hours. It should lead to disciplinary action or dismissal, and you'll also have a reliable witness in court should it ever come to that.
