S4 screen doesn't immediately come on for incoming call

So I've noticed that when I have a incoming call the phone starts ringing and vibrating before screen comes on. Again I'm new to Android so this may be a normal thing. On my iphone, when I would receive incoming calls, the screen would immediately come on along with ring and vibe. With the S4 its like sequenced with vibe, ring, then screen. Just kind of annoying to me. Anyone noticed this or am I being too picky about it? My phone is ATT Samsung S4 32gb.

Mine does that too. Design flaw maybe, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Oh definitely not for me either. In the first 5 minutes of me having the GS4 in my hands I counted 10 things the iphone can't do. That was just the first 5 minutes...definitely not going back to the dark side.
