S4 Screen Feel

I noticed that after playing with the S4 compared to the N4.
The physical touch feeling on the S4 isnt smooth. It kind of feels like a film is over it. (the phone has no protective film)
It doesnt matter if I freshly clean it or not. Still feels the same.
The N4 is far smoother to the touch. And to me... Its very annoying

Anyone else?
And is there a solution? like some sort of safe phone oil for the screen?

Those typically make it worse. I love a smooth feel on the actual screen.

I am using a Screen protector from Spigen and I love it. Maybe you should give them a shot?

I don't use a screen protector and I think it's slick as he77.

I wonder of something was wrong with the one I was using... It seriously felt terrible even after cleaning it. I will look into the protective screen film. But I still prefer not using one.

I would actually say the opposite. I put a screen protector mostly because it lessens oil build up and keeps it smooth. But a naked screen tends to build up and over that course of time isn't as smooth until we clean it off. At least that's my experience. I haven't had the same experience as you regarding the devices and I've had both. Not sure.
