s4 shuts down when camera is used

Hi
Every time I use my camera ny phone shuts downs and then takes ages to start back up.
I have reset my phone deleted most app.
Any advice please

You might try to just uninstall, then reinstall the camera app, if possible. Also might try the focal camera app and see if that works any better.

Hi,
It used to happen to me also. But then it just stopped happening suddenly. Did you update your firmware? Maybe might help.

How to do it? I have the same problem in my S3. This happens with native camera only.
